How to prep a Naples home for photos

Simple, practical guidance you can use on your very next listing.

How to prep a Naples home for real estate photos

First impressions online decide showings...

Quick checklist:...

Treat it like a showing. Lights on. Get tidy and clean: floors, counters, mirrors, glass, and stainless steel. Turn all ceiling fans off. Declutter surfaces and remove personal items such as toothbrushes, shampoos, family photos, and fridge magnets.

Open blinds or curtains for natural light and replace any burned-out bulbs (use matching color temperatures if possible). Hide cords, remote controls, pet items, and trash cans. Make beds, stage pillows neatly, and straighten rugs.

Park cars out of the driveway if possible and clear the entry or porch area. For 3D tours, open interior doors you want visible and turn on lights unless advised otherwise. If there are any areas you do not want scanned or photographed, simply close those doors and let us know before we begin.
